Foxtel Telstra customer service is terrible We are trying to add a package and got thrown to the help desk on hold. Was on hold for over an hour and in the end, gave up. 24x7 app is next to useless as it sends me to the web and then the web sends me back to the app. Robot assistant gives wrong and outdated information.
